Product description

1. WQ-X series adopts oil-filled motor and stainless steel precision casting shell, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, environmental protection, energy saving, long life, high lift and large flow;
2. The motor cavity adopts fluorine rubber single-end mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts wave spring structure single-end mechanical seal, which can effectively reduce the damage of particles to the mechanical seal and prevent water from entering the motor;
3. The motor adopts high-temperature wire and F-class insulation, which effectively prolongs the service life of the electric pump;
4. The outlet of the pump body adopts the 0.6MPA standard flange in GB/T9113, which makes the installation simpler and easier;
5. The parts configuration of anti-corrosion cables, PTFE mechanical seals and high-temperature liquids can be customized according to the special requirements of customers. ·

Product Usage

Stainless steel sewage pumps are suitable for construction buildings, hospitals, residential quarters, municipal engineering, road traffic and construction, factory sewage, aquaculture, pharmaceuticals, beverages, seawater salt water, solid particles contained in general corrosive media, long fiber wastewater, and sewage.

Service conditions

1. The conveying liquid cannot cause obvious corrosion to the 304 or 316 material (please consult for special liquid)
2. Transmission medium temperature: 0-60°C;
3. Based on the center of the impeller, the diving depth cannot exceed 5 meters;
4. The pH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (4-13);
5. The kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium is 7X10^‐7~23X10^-6‐㎡/s.
